6 years ago this was all just a dream.

5 years ago we were paying rent in our first building with cheese.

Today, we’re happily serving our community with two locations, an on-site creamery and a meat locker plant.

Our dream was to bring fresh, local options to our community and through true community supported agriculture we’ve managed to do just that. From beef and fresh cheese to canned jellies and coffee you can find what you need at one of our two Moore Local locations.

If you’re hungry for custom processing then Rockdale is the place for you. Located in Maquoketa, since January 2022, we are a butchery and offer custom processing for beef, pork, goat, sheep, and limited State Inspected processing for beef and pork.
