Galena Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting

Dear Chamber Member,

Thank You so much for your membership and supporting your Galena Area Chamber of Commerce.
It’s time again for our annual meeting which will be held on February 23, 2026. If you would like to
attend, please email Director@galenachamber.com. At the annual meeting our new board members
will be announced. It is up to you, our members to vote for those new board members so they can be
announced and sworn in at this meeting.

We will be saying goodbye to three of our board members, CJ Wolfenden, (Tactics), Rick Fronek (Work
Smarter 4U) and Todd Larson (Walmart). We wish them all well and thank them for their service. The
nominees are as follows:

3. Nikki Nolan – UMB Bank ______
4. Colin Sanderson – Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa ______

for your vote to be counted.

This letter will only be sent to current Chamber members and each business can only submit one ballot
per business. The ballots will be tallied at 8:00 a.m. on February 19, 2026. Any ballots done after that
time will not be considered.
